What we collect

Through the rate request form on the home page: loading point, delivery point, a description of the cargo, the loading date, your name, and your phone number or e-mail address.

Through the application form on the drivers page: your name, your phone number or e-mail address, your driving experience, and anything you choose to write in the message field.

We do not ask for and do not want any other personal data. Please do not send us copies of identity documents, driving licences or medical records through these forms.

Why we use it

We use what you send to answer your request: to prepare a rate, to arrange a shipment, or to talk to you about a job.

Our legal bases are: your consent; steps taken before entering into a contract, including handling a transport request or a job application; and our legitimate interest in replying to a message you addressed to us.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not send marketing mailings.

How long we keep it

Rate requests are kept for 24 months after the last contact, so that we can pick up a conversation you started earlier. Driver applications are kept for 12 months after the last contact. After that the message is deleted from our mailbox.

Who else sees it

Nobody outside the company, except the providers that make the website and our e-mail work:

Hostinger, our hosting provider, stores the website and the mailbox that receives form submissions.

Google Fonts, cdnjs and jsDelivr deliver the fonts and the libraries used by the pages. When your browser loads those files, it sends them your IP address. That is how any website that loads a third-party font behaves.

We never sell your data and never pass it to anybody for their own marketing.

Talking to us on messengers

The website carries links for contacting us on WhatsApp. When you follow one of them, your data is processed under WhatsApp's own privacy policy (Meta).

How we protect your data

The website uses HTTPS encryption to transfer data safely. Form submissions are seen only by the HD Logistics Group staff who need them for their work.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics and no advertising trackers.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, or to hand it to you in a portable form. You can object to our use of it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time — withdrawing it does not make what we did before unlawful.
